We are here to advocate for you and your case! We will meet with you and fully discuss your case person to person throughout South Florida or at our offices in Weston. We will conduct a thorough investigation to properly evaluate if your case should be pursued by our personal injury lawyers.

Our firm will determine what is a realistic expectation for your case by determining the extent of your injuries, damages, who is responsible, whether there is adequate insurance or personal assets of the person at fault and how long ago the accident occurred. Following our initial meeting, we will investigate all the necessary information such as locations and insurance information and advise you as to what our evaluation is and what additional steps need to be taken to pursue your case as your lawyer/law firm.

While you are receiving the medical treatment your physician prescribes, we will keep monitoring that you are receiving all the treatment you need to deal with your injuries. We will see that you are getting the proper treatment and request all medical reports. When you reach maximum medical improvement we will request all your medical provider's information and determine whether you have sustained a permanent disability. Contact us to get started.

At all stages of your case, as your lawyer, we will keep you informed as to the progress and steps we are taking to move your case to a successful conclusion. Our law firm works on a "Contingency Basis" which means our firm does not get paid a fee or costs unless we make a recovery.
